Data processing addendum

This DPA forms part of the Terms of Service between you (Controller) and People Intel (Processor).

Scope

People Intel processes the LinkedIn profile URLs you submit and the enriched rows returned by LinkedIn Leads. We render judgment artifacts on those rows and store them encrypted under your household's isolated S3 prefix.

Subject matter and duration

Processing happens for the term of your subscription; data is retained per the Privacy policy and deleted within 30 days of contract end or written deletion request.

Security measures

• AES-256 encryption at rest (S3 SSE)
• TLS 1.2+ in transit
• Per-project Neon role with schema-scoped grants
• Append-only audit log on every consent decision and read

Sub-processors

Neon, AWS, Vercel, Stripe, Resend, LinkedIn Leads. New sub-processors announced at least 14 days before adoption.
