Effective June 30, 2026.

Acceptable use

People Intel is for legitimate sales, talent, and research work. Don't use it for harassment, doxxing, stalking, mass cold-outreach in violation of CAN-SPAM/GDPR, or any rebranding of our judgment as your own dataset.

Billing

Subscriptions are charged monthly or annually in advance. Cancel any time; you keep access through the end of the paid period. Credits do not roll over more than one calendar month. Stripe handles payments; we never see your full card number.

Liability

People Intel renders judgment with a model. Use it as a screening signal, not as the sole basis for hiring or firing anyone. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate Acceptable Use after one written warning. You may delete your account at any time; data is purged within 30 days of deletion.
